Have you ever seen the sunrise over the ocean???
Crazy idea, waking up at 4 on a Sunday to see the sunrise over the ocean, but very much worth it! Great day again! Starting to think I should always wake up really early on Sunday's! ;)
There are some clouds, but it is still very beautiful
the Cockatoos stealing the show
stealing the show, but also posing
Carlos playing the guitar, perfect way to wake up on the beach :)

Just needed to get out of the city for a day! Waking up at 6:15 on a Sunday, but sooo worth it, I had an amazing day! Thanks Lorenzo for taking Julia and me :)
At Palmbeach, walking to the climbing rocks (you can see them on the little hill)
little friend on the way
our climbing stuff (and my new cool bag! :-D some day I'll have a real campervan, for now I'll do with one on my bag ;) )

another climb after lunch and then off to the beach for a swim and a nap in the Sun and breeze, perfect! :)
Time to go home, but one last picture before to finish the great day: Lorenzo, me & Julia

some nights out of first weeks
First Saturday in Sydney, night out with Kelly and her friends in Victoria Room
Not even one week in Sydney and who do I meet?!?!? An Australian actress that played in 'Heart Break High' and plays in 'Home and Away' (for the ones that don't know, that were two of my favourite soap operas back in my young days ;) )
Night out with Marjorie, who I stayed with my first 3 days in Sydney! Supersweet girl, made me feel directly in the right place here! and great new friend :)
(yep, we're drinking out of a bucket... ;) )
crazy Australians, they have fries automates in clubs... :-/
little tour to the MCA and Chalk Urban Art Festival in Paramatta
Love the Museum of Contemporary Art of Sydney :)
Some nice chalk art pieces at the festival, drawn on canvas on the floor by voluntary artist, with climate change as theme.
Small one that was left behind and I got to take home for free! :) will be a nice decoration for my new room once i find a way of how to put it up...

little stop in Singapore
ok! I have to start this blog, otherwise it will just never happen! So let's start with the beginning and my stop in Singapore on my way to Sydney. Two little days, a lot of walking around and more importantly a lot to eat!
As Matthew was randomly traveling back to Australia on the same days as me, we had a little EuMAS reunion in Singapore, visiting Elmar! :)
Jasmine, Elmar, me and Matthew
Singapore by night with the big Flyer in the background (30m higher than the London's eye!)
Jasmine and Elmar making us taste all the yummie food!
and "interesting" desserts....

Huge statue in new Orchard shopping centre. Thanks for everything Elmar and Jasmine!!! :)
My ride from Singapore to Sydney, A380 baby!!! :-D very exciting, but don't realise much from the inside as you can't walk around... :( but it is much more stable than other planes I've been in! :)
